1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products being personal care/consumable items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Minor variations in product colour or smell, which are natural.
2. Eligibility for Return/Refund (Exceptions)
Returns or refunds are only considered under the following specific conditions:
Damaged or Defective Product: You receive a product that is physically damaged, broken, leaking, or defective upon arrival.
Wrong Product Shipped: You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
3. How to Initiate a Return/Refund Claim
To be eligible for a return/refund, you must:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Send an email to kundansoaps@gmail.com with the subject line “Return/Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
Provide a detailed description of the issue.
Attach clear photographs or a short video as proof of the damage, defect, or wrong product.
Our customer support team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product.
4. Refund Process
Upon approval of your claim, we will initiate a replacement of the product at no extra cost, wherever possible.
If a replacement is not available or feasible, we will process a refund.
The refund will be credited to the original source of payment within 7-10 business days after the refund is approved.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
